Our namesake, Richard Chamberlain opened Chamberlain’s Steak and Chop House in 1993 with the staple cuisine of his native state. We mastered the art of food and dining, resulting in being named one of the country’s top new restaurants of 1993 by Bon Appetite magazine, a “D-Best” in D Magazine since 1998 and in 2013 was named a top 100 restaurant in Dallas. Following this success, In August of 2001, Richard opened his second restaurant, Chamberlain’s Fish Market Grill in 2001. The positive reviews continued, earning the “Best Seafood Restaurant in Dallas” by Dallas Observer, a “Top Ten New Restaurant of 2001” by Jim White’s KRLD Restaurant Show, and D Magazine proclaimed, “Exquisitely prepared seafood and steaks.”

Our Menu

We are pleased to offer both Passed Appetizers and Reception Style Menus. Our food options include Seafood like Beet Cured Salmon, Hawaiian Tuna Poke, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, and Jumbo U-12 Chilled Shrimp. For Meat we have options like Prime Beef & White Cheddar Meatball, Beef Tenderloin Empanada, and Smoked Chicken Wellington. Appetizers include delicious options like Truffle Deviled Egg, Fresh Mozzarella & Baby Heirloom Tomato Skewer, and Panko Crusted Wild Mushroom Truffle Risotto Cake.
